Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and continuous improvement? Join our dynamic Operations team in Cobram as a Continuous Improvement Lead and play a key role in shaping the future of our manufacturing processes.

How your contributions will matter

As a Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead, you will support the implementation of LEAN and other best practice methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. Working closely with the CI Manager and Factory Manager, you’ll lead strategic improvement initiatives, analyze plant performance, and drive impactful change across our operations.

• Lead and facilitate key improvement projects and pipeline activities.
• Analyze plant performance data to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.
• Champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the site.

About you

• Tertiary qualification in Dairy Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience in planning and implementing improvement programs.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial and technical analysis.
• Expertise in LEAN/Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI and SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
