What this job involves:

We are seeking a self-motivated Continuous Improvement professional to drive operational excellence across our organization. In this role, you'll lead teams of subject matter experts that optimize processes, eliminate waste, and enhance both productivity and customer satisfaction. Working closely with people at all levels of the organization, you'll implement data-driven solutions that deliver measurable results. You will design and execute process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodology across all regions, lead cross-functional improvement workshops and kaizen events, conduct comprehensive data and root cause analysis, and develop and track project measurements using statistical approaches. This position requires you to provide expert guidance on scientific problem-solving approaches, create and deliver presentations to executive levels, manage concurrent high-impact improvement initiatives, and collaborate effectively with team members to drive transformational change across the organization.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Design and execute process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodology across all regions, leading teams of subject matter experts to optimize processes and eliminate waste
  • Lead cross-functional improvement workshops and kaizen events including both large group and small group sessions to drive operational excellence
  • Conduct comprehensive data and root cause analysis, developing and tracking project measurements using statistical approaches to ensure measurable results
  • Provide expert guidance on scientific problem-solving approaches, translating complex concepts for diverse audiences at all organizational levels
  • Create and deliver presentations and updates to executive levels, managing concurrent high-impact improvement initiatives effectively
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and workflows using AI-based tools, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort
  • Collaborate with team members across virtual environments and globally based teams to enhance both productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Drive process optimization through proven data analysis techniques and expert-level proficiency in data analysis tools and Visio.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or greater than 5 years continuous improvement professional experience
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Greater than 5 years of experience applying LSS process improvements in a corporate environment leading regional and global initiatives
  • Experience identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and workflows using AI-based tools, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort
  • Proven record in data analysis and process optimization
  • Solid communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Expert-level proficiency in data analysis tools and Visio
  • Strong project management and meeting facilitation capabilities
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams
  • Comfort working in a virtual environment with globally based team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agile experience
  • Knowledge Management expertise
  • PMP Certification
  • Real Estate Experience
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts, natural language processing (NLP), and their business applications
  • Experience leading kaizen events in large group and small group settings
  • Track record of delivering measurable results through data-driven solutions
  • Experience presenting to and influencing executive-level stakeholders
  • Background in eliminating waste and enhancing operational efficiency across diverse business functions
  • Expertise in statistical measurement and tracking methodologies for improvement initiatives.
