Job Description:

Position: CI Internship

Location: 11160 Parkway Drive North East, PA 16428

Schedule: 40 hours a week- flexible

Pay: $23.50 an hour

Duration: Summer Internship - Mid/End May to Mid/End- August

Position Responsibilities:  

  • Provide coaching and advice to management on effective ways to administer CI programs. 

  • Assist in tracking key metrics and KPIs related to supply chain and operational performance.

  • Support continuous improvement projects by gathering data, identifying opportunities, and documenting results.

  • Participate in meetings and help prepare reports or summaries on project progress.

  • Assist with analyzing processes to identify areas for efficiency and improvement.

  • Support the implementation and documentation of process improvements.

  • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

Skills and Experience:  

  • Effective and deliberate communication skills, both verbal and written 

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 

  • Ability to effectively multi-task with a strong sense of urgency 

  • Ability to work closely with CI management and leadership teams 

  • Highly motivated, energetic, hands-on 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Current enrollment at a graduate institution with a record of strong academic performance (overall GPA of 3.0 or higher/junior status).
