Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and govern the WINS strategy and annual improvement plan aligned to business goals (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Inventory, People), including monthly reporting on WINS, OPCO, cost savings and justification, tracking improvement metrics, and creating sustainability initiatives through audits, layered process confirmations, and similar mechanisms.
- Facilitate and embed CI ways of working by leading tiered daily management, Gemba walks, problem‑solving routines, value stream mapping (current and future state) across manufacturing, assembly and warehouse, and coaching supervisors and operators through training on CI tools, problem solving, standard work, and visual controls.
- Support product, process, and system excellence by ensuring routings are conducted in line with engineering product development and NPI, supporting New Product Introduction and engineering changes to ensure manufacturability, standard work, smooth ramp‑up and industrialisation, and implementing effective change management when business changes arise.
- Optimise operational performance by supporting and maintaining WINS frameworks, standards and toolkits; optimising material flow and line balancing; reducing internal logistics waste (transport, motion, waiting); and providing CI input into capex business cases, including layout design, automation justification, and productivity improvements.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
- Solid understanding of Lean principles.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification and SAP experience are advantageous.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a Project Management role, including change management and continuous improvement programmes.
- Minimum of 1 year’s leadership experience.
