We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support hiring for Sales roles within our Diagnostics organization. The ideal candidate brings extensive prior experience sourcing sales talent, with a strong understanding of sales profiles, competencies, and market dynamics. This role is critical to building robust pipelines for high-impact sales positions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand sales-specific hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for Sales roles, including field sales, inside sales, account management, and related go-to-market positions.
Utilize a wide range of sourcing methods—LinkedIn Recruiter, online job boards, professional networks, competitive intelligence, and direct outreach—to identify and engage high-performing sales professionals.
Conduct initial candidate screenings focused on sales experience, performance history, territory alignment, and business acumen, in addition to overall fit.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified sales candidates for both immediate and anticipated hiring needs within Diagnostics.
Proactively engage passive sales talent and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure a continuous flow of candidates.
Track, analyze, and report on sourcing activity and pipeline metrics, providing regular updates to the Talent Acquisition team.
Stay current on sales talent market trends, competitive landscapes, and best practices in sourcing sales roles.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer with a strong focus on Sales roles.
Demonstrated success sourcing for quota-carrying sales positions.
Strong understanding of advanced sourcing techniques, and sales talent markets.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage sales professionals.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and sourcing platforms.
