As a Contingent Labor Specialist within PNC's Talent Acquisition organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Brecksville, Columbus OH; Denver, CO.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, including incident resolution, ticket management, troubleshooting, and support for managers and suppliers.
• Oversee invoicing for contingent workers and ensure accuracy through partnership with suppliers and internal teams.
• Produce and maintain reporting within various applications and utilizing Excel (v‑lookups, pivot tables) and other applications to create clear, functional reports for leaders.
• Serve as a key liaison to internal partner teams as well resolving issues and escalations in a timely manner.
• A strong candidate will have strong attention to detail and a curiosity‑driven mindset to investigate, identify, and resolve issues.
• Vendor management or ServiceNow experience is helpful but not required.

Job Description
- Support the contingent labor organization across the complete lifecycle of the contract labor program. This includes providing operational support and guidance to key stakeholders (hiring managers, third party suppliers, candidates, etc.) to ensure the onboarding, offboarding of contractors and compliance with relevant procedures. May consult on contingent labor vendor engagements including the adherence to risk frameworks, procedures, vendor performance, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Performs all functions (procedural, technical and otherwise) within contingent labor program vendor management system. Provide end user support of all processes and systems.
- Interacts with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to gather requirements for contingent labor needs and lead changes to drive operational excellence. May assist in third party supplier management, risk mitigation and audit functions.
- Coordinates and maintains collection of contingent labor program metrics/analytics to drive operational excellence and end-user satisfaction.
- Participates and co-lead ad-hoc contingent labor projects such as, but not limited to, reporting, presentation development, vendor forums, vendor audits and scorecards.
- Reviews, understands, enforces contingent labor contractual agreements between PNC and third party suppliers.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $45,000.00 – $98,900.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
