Program Summary
KBR supports the operational needs of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base in Spain and several bases in Turkey. We provide program management, civil engineering, morale, welfare, and recreation support, among other essential services. Awarded by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, our contract spans a five-year base period with three one-year options, reflecting our commitment to excellence and operational support.
Job Summary
The USAF Dining Facility (DFAC) Shift Leader is a working lead that supervises daily food service operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient meal preparation, service, and cleanliness. This role oversees kitchen staff, assigns tasks, and monitors performance to maintain high standards of quality and productivity. The Shift Leader ensures compliance with Air Force food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures. They coordinate with management to address staffing needs, resolve issues, and maintain smooth dining facility operations. Additionally, the Shift Leader assists his staff with menu preparations, cooking and serving when required.
