As a content strategy & sales enablement senior associate on the Commercial Growth Enablement Team (GET) at Huron Consulting Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing content that supports our commercial sales strategy and strengthens our market positioning.
This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, sales enablement, and AI-enabled scale. You will work with commercial leadership and managing directors to create compelling sales assets to complement GTM campaigns and cadences, help define how Huron tells its story across industries and sales plays, and ensure our sales teams are equipped with compelling, relevant assets to drive client engagement and win business.
While this role includes hands-on execution, it is designed to evolve toward greater strategic ownership as execution leverage increases. Your creativity, attention to detail, executive presence, and ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner will be critical in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Content creation & program management
- Assist in defining and executing the content strategy by industry, solution, and sales play, aligned to commercial priorities.
- Own the program management and development of various asset types, including sell sheets, POVs, case studies, decks, placemats, and videos, to showcase our expertise and capabilities, tailoring content to address different stages of the buyer's journey, from awareness to consideration and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like corporate marketing and lead discussions with managing directors and subject matter experts to gather insights and information to create accurate and informative content.
- Recommend new narratives, value props, and asset types based on sales feedback, buyer behavior, and campaign performance.
Campaign strategy & execution support
- Partner with Marketing and Growth Enablement leaders to support priority GTM campaigns for top-tier offerings and technology partners.
- Participate in campaign planning sessions, kickoff meetings, and retrospectives to represent content and sales enablement needs.
- Translate campaign strategy into content plans, including identifying required assets across the funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion).
- Coordinate timing and sequencing of content to support campaign launches and major sales motions.
Collateral Maintenance:
- Regularly update and enhance existing sales collateral, external digital sales pages, and internal collateral pages in Seismic to ensure relevance, consistency, and usability.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and visual design across all collateral materials.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously improve assets and approaches.
Market insight and continuous improvement:
- Stay informed about the latest trends, buyer behavior, competitive positioning, and best practices in our core commercial industries.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement in our sales assets.
- Track performance of campaign-related content, including usage, feedback from sales, and contribution to pipeline progression, and synthesize into recommendations for future campaigns.
- Partner with Marketing to align content metrics with broader GTM KPIs.
Sales education
- Manage execution of quarterly sales enablement sessions for sellers, including content development, coordination, and delivery support.
- Work with SMEs and industry leaders on drafting and sending regular industry newsletters highlighting go-to-market updates and resources.
AI enablement & scalable ways of working
- Leverage and help improve AI-enabled tools and workflows (e.g., complementary GPTs) to accelerate drafting, iteration, and repurposing of content.
- Contribute to building repeatable, scalable ways of working that reduce manual effort and allow the team to focus on higher-value strategic work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or sales asset development, preferably for a consulting firm.
- High-level understanding of what digital transformation is and the Oracle, Workday, and Salesforce ecosystem.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for executives and various buyer personas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong project management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfort working with AI tools to support content creation and scale impact.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $85.000 - $115,000. (Pease note that this range is reflective of senior level associate as well; and that pay discussions will be commensurate with experience). The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $95,200 - $135,700. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
