Content Project Manager

Malvern, PA Full time


Core Responsibilities:

  • Drives testing and analysis to determine opportunities for improving efficiency of marketing operations. Identifies and resolves issues to ensure delivery of content.

  • Defines, plans, coordinates, and implements project plans for content marketing initiatives. Generally, works on less complex projects with the goal of handling more complex projects over time. 

  • Ensures projects are aligned with the overall department and MarTech strategy. Leverages data driven analysis to ensure project goals are on track and met.

  • Develops and maintains consultative relationships with marketing and aligned business managers, MarTech, and external vendor. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.

  • Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in, as appropriate.

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Minimum five years related work experience

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience

  • Project management and relationship management experience preferred

  • Solid organization skills; ability to multi-task

  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and to plan and implement projects even with limited guidance or ambiguous requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

NOTE:

This role will be a hybrid role working 2 days per week from home and 3 days per week in our Malvern, PA office location.
