Core Responsibilities:
Drives testing and analysis to determine opportunities for improving efficiency of marketing operations. Identifies and resolves issues to ensure delivery of content.
Defines, plans, coordinates, and implements project plans for content marketing initiatives. Generally, works on less complex projects with the goal of handling more complex projects over time.
Ensures projects are aligned with the overall department and MarTech strategy. Leverages data driven analysis to ensure project goals are on track and met.
Develops and maintains consultative relationships with marketing and aligned business managers, MarTech, and external vendor. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.
Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in, as appropriate.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum five years related work experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
Project management and relationship management experience preferred
Solid organization skills; ability to multi-task
Ability to take initiative, work independently and to plan and implement projects even with limited guidance or ambiguous requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
NOTE:
This role will be a hybrid role working 2 days per week from home and 3 days per week in our Malvern, PA office location.
