Rock Dental Brands, a leading innovator in the Dental Support Organization (DSO) industry has an amazing opportunity to join our marketing team as a Content Marketing Manager. We are seeking a creative, strategically-minded Content Marketing Manager to lead our brand storytelling, social media presence, and content strategy across all digital channels. This role is responsible for developing compelling content that drives engagement, supports our growth initiatives, and nurtures both patient and professional relationships. The ideal candidate will be adept at transforming clinical expertise, community involvement, and internal culture into clear, high-impact stories. The core function of this role is to develop, execute, and manage a multi-channel content strategy that supports both promotional and internal communication goals.
Content Strategy & Storytelling: Design and champion the overall content strategy with a focus on brand storytelling, social media engagement, and clinical education to support the entire promotional marketing team.
Social Media Management: Develop and maintain social media content calendars, execute organic posting strategies, coordinate contests, and manage ongoing reporting and analysis.
Video Production & Visuals: Support the development and production of video content and other visual assets for social media and website use.
Field Collaboration & Sourcing: Actively collaborate with clinic teams and Practice Managers across all locations to source compelling patient testimonials, success stories, educational content, and community highlights.
Reputation Management: Monitor online reviews, Net Promoter Score (NPS) data, and social sentiment, and work with operational teams to develop and coordinate a clinical action plan for reputation improvement.
Retention & Funnel Content: Create and manage a content-driven Retention/Funnel strategy, including content tailored for the patient journey and post-treatment follow-up.
Corporate & Internal Communications: Support internal culture and communications initiatives. Craft supporting stories for M&A, the Dental Differently value proposition, and recruiting events.
PR Event Support: Manage brand moments, including support for annual events.
Ambassador & Influencer Outreach: Seek opportunities for brand ambassadors, key opinion leaders, and digital influencers to increase publicity and extend content reach.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience in content marketing, social media management, or communications (3+ years).
Demonstrable experience developing and executing multi-channel content strategies.
A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality content generation and storytelling across various platforms.
Experience monitoring and acting on online reviews, social sentiment, and key marketing metrics (engagement rates, conversions).
Highly collaborative and able to work with internal and external stakeholders across multiple clinic locations.
Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Normal office environment with the following demands. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time, occasionally moving about inside the office to access office equipment, meetings, etc. Operates a computer 95% of the time with frequent communication with internal team members and possible external vendors. May be required at times to lift items up to 25 lbs and may be required to travel to satellite locations. Travel up to 20%
