Job Description:

The Content Marketing Manager at Blueflame AI for Datasite will shape how Blueflame shows up across channels — from thought leadership to product education to sales enablement. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Growth/Client Marketing, Sales, and our executives to build content that drives demand gen, lead gen, and brand awareness.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a marketer who can translate complex ideas into crisp, compelling narratives for sophisticated investment audiences.

You will be asked to share your portfolio during the interview process.

What You’ll Do:

Content Development

  • Create best-in-class content assets including blog posts, social posts, web copy, newsletters, ebooks, whitepapers, FAQs, sales sheets, emails, pitch support, and more.

  • Transform product features, market insights, and customer outcomes into content that educates, differentiates, and moves prospects through the funnel.

  • Tailor writing for investment professionals across PE, private credit, IB, real estate, and other segments.

Campaign & GTM Support

  • Partner with the Director of Product Marketing to execute integrated content plans for launches, updates, events, and broader GTM initiatives.

  • Support demand gen and lifecycle marketing with channel-specific assets for paid campaigns, nurture programs, webinars, and lead magnets.

  • Ensure consistent narrative alignment across marketing, sales, and client communications.

Brand & Editorial Excellence

  • Uphold and refine Blueflame’s brand voice across all content.

  • Own and manage the editorial calendar, ensuring deadlines are met across multiple simultaneous initiatives.

  • Repurpose high-performing content across formats to extend reach and impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with product managers, sales engineers, SMEs, and executives to extract insights and shape clear, compelling stories.

  • Create internal enablement materials that support Sales, CS, and onboarding.

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience

  • 4-8 years of experience in content marketing, ideally within SaaS.

  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written content across formats and channels.

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills — with the ability to simplify complex or technical topics.

  • Strong experience with developing social media content (LI, Tiktok, etc)

  • Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns and managing content calendars.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with financial services, FinTech, private markets, or AI.

  • Experience writing for technical or sophisticated B2B audiences.

  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

  • Familiarity with AI Search/Optimization

Who Thrives Here

  • Clear communicator with excellent editorial judgment.

  • Self-starter who enjoys juggling multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Collaborative partner who can work across GTM, product, and leadership teams.

  • Curious, thoughtful, and motivated to build a category-defining brand.

Why Blueflame AI for Datasite

  • Collaborative, mission-driven culture
