About The Role

We are looking for a Content Manager who will be accountable for the quality, currency and growth of the Regulatory Compliance content portfolio for the United Kingdom, and for catalysing expansion of European content in response to emerging market needs. The role blends portfolio ownership, people leadership, and hands-on editorial direction to deliver market-relevant content, strong customer outcomes, and commercial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the UK content portfolio: Ensure timely updates aligned with regulatory changes and customer needs.
  • Execute the UK/EU roadmap: Develop and pilot new content pathways for future scale.
  • Maintain quality standards: Apply consistent drafting guidelines, taxonomy, and style.
  • Manage authors and vendors: Commission, brief, and review external contributors.
  • Collaborate across teams: Partner with Global Content, Product, Sales, and Marketing for process optimisation, go-to-market initiatives and customer engagement.
  • Engage stakeholders: Work with industry experts, regulators, professional bodies, and strategic clients to validate content needs.
  • Drive operational excellence: Oversee scheduling, CMS workflows, and process optimisation and innovation for both reuse and localisation.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of regulatory or compliance topics (law degree required).
  • 5+ years in content management or editorial roles within legal, regulatory, or professional domains.
  • Experience managing portfolios, authors, and projects.
  • Familiarity with CMS tools, metadata, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and an innovative mindset.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and workflows to optimise content processes.
