About the role
The Content Management Analyst identifies, researches, and analyzes new and
updated legal or compliance-related statutory and regulatory requirements for inclusion in Wolters Kluwer insurance products. This role is responsible for the maintenance and development of insurance regulatory categorization and/or enhancement of compliance products and services.
Responsibilities:
Analyze incoming legislative and regulatory material and determine impact to WK product content;
Write summaries of regulatory/statutory content (updating existing content and creating new content) and update WK products and product documentation and/or assign proprietary taxonomy pertaining to the insurance industry, regulatory and compliance issues;
Perform review and final sign-off of categorized regulatory content;
Author or draft customer communications (e.g., release notes, alerts, etc.);
Respond to compliance and product related inquiries from internal and external customers;
Demonstrate general knowledge relevant to Wolters Kluwer insurance products including legal and compliance knowledge and apply this knowledge for continuous improvement of WK products in the areas of content quality, product enhancements and operational efficiencies
Participate on special projects and in new product development
Perform reporting tasks
Identify trends in content areas and translate into new product development and existing product enhancement;
Assist in documentation and continuous updating of departmental procedures, manuals, processing instructions and technical guides;
Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or project leader.
