医師である著者や監修により執筆／改訂されるコンテンツを編集する
校正者やベンダー、ライセンス担当者、その他の編集スタッフと協同してコンテンツを継続的に更新／公開する
薬剤師と協同して薬剤情報を更新する
【副次的業務】顧客の声や利用データに基づき改善提案を行う
【副次的業務】小プロジェクトへの参加・推進
【連携】マーケティング、セールス、テクノロジーチームとの協同
その他のアサインされた責務やタスク等を遂行する
デジタル媒体の編集経験
複数案件を並行して進行管理した経験
ビジネス初級以上の英語力

Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPointに関する基礎的なスキル
医学や医療の出版物（特にオンライン媒体）の編集経験

Today’s Clinical Support (JPoC): Online product for physicians (primary responsibility)
Procedures Consult: Online product for healthcare professionals and medical students (updated once every three years; you may support some tasks as needed)
[Primary] Update clinical content for Today’s Clinical Support (JPoC), an online secondary reference database used by physicians to make treatment decisions in clinical practice.
Keep content up to date based on the latest medical evidence, clinical practice guidelines, and other clinical information sources.
Edit content written/revised by physician authors and medical reviewers.
Collaborate with proofreaders, vendors, licensing stakeholders, and other editorial staff to continuously update and publish content.
Collaborate with pharmacists to update drug-related information.
[Secondary] Propose product improvements based on customer feedback and usage data.
[Secondary] Participate in and drive small internal projects.
[Cross-functional] Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams.
Experience editing digital/online content.
Experience managing multiple projects in parallel (project coordination/scheduling).
English proficiency at basic business level or above:
Required: Comfortable reading English texts
Required: Able to write simple English messages
Preferred: Able to communicate in English (simple conversations and meeting participation)
Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Editing experience for medical/healthcare publications (especially online media).
Medical writing experience.
Healthcare qualification (e.g., nurse, pharmacist).
Workflow/operational improvement using Excel (functions, Power Query, VBA, etc.).
Effective use of AI tools.
Strong awareness of deadlines/schedules; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Proactive learner who can positively take on unfamiliar work.
Strong communicator who actively collaborates with internal and external stakeholders.
