1. Ensure delivery of content development for study programs.
2. Accommodate related study programs for content development process.
3. Keep track and report content development progress to study programs.
4. Accommodate related study programs in necessary discussions with stakeholders for content development.
5. Ensure quality assurance of content development for study programs.
6. Conduct review and approval process of content documents.
7. Accommodate content review with related study programs.
8. Collaborate with related units for development of academic contents in BINUS Online
9. Management Support Activities:
o Provide Report to direct Supervisor
o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time
concern, effort and cost)
o Perform activities related to Quality Management System
o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
Work Exposure/ Experience:
• Minimum 2 years working experience
Special Skills/ Certification:
• Content Development
• Content Quality Control
