Job Summary:

The Multimedia Content Coordinator will support both internal and external communications by producing compelling graphics, short-form videos, social media visuals, and other multimedia assets that inspire and inform our audiences. As a key member of our communications team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to capture employee stories, highlight company initiatives, and support campaigns that drive engagement and action. You’ll be instrumental in shaping how we visually communicate across platforms like SharePoint, Teams, email/internal newsletters, social media, and more, with a strong focus on storytelling and brand consistency.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Produce and edit short-form videos including employee interviews, culture highlights, event recaps, and internal storytelling pieces with quick turn-around and high quality.
  • Edit video and photo content for various platforms, ensuring brand alignment and accessibility.
  • Develop graphics, infographics, and visual assets for internal newsletters, corporate communications, and social media posts.
  • Use visual storytelling to bring company culture, values, and mission to life in ways that resonate with employees.
  • Use tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), and SharePoint to create and manage content.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and adapting quickly to feedback.
  • Maintain organized content libraries and production schedules.
  • Support content publishing on SharePoint and other internal platforms.
  • Assist with the layout and design of newsletters and digital communications.
  • Stay current on multimedia, social trends, and best practices and apply them to internal and external content.

Required Education/Experience

  • Minimum High School diploma
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, and multimedia production.
  • Portfolio showcasing video and graphic design work, including examples of internal communications and social media content.

Required Skills/Knowledge

  • Proficiency Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva
  • Excellent storytelling skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to experiment with new storytelling formats
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Staffbase, or similar CMS platforms a plus
  • Photography and motion graphics skills preferred
