Role Overview:
This manager-level position blends the operational strengths of a Desktop Publisher with the creative vision of a Graphic Designer. The role supports bid presentation output requirements and sales enablement initiatives, ensuring both compliance and compelling visual storytelling for internal and client-facing materials.
The manager will oversee document production, content library management, and brand-aligned design, collaborating across teams to deliver high-impact presentations and proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and participate in the development and maintenance of bid content libraries (MS Word, PowerPoint) for sales engagements
Lead and contribute to the creation of client-targeted presentations, including shortlist presentations and proactive pitches
Ensure all documents and presentations meet brand, compliance, and formatting standards
Oversee and enhance proposal and presentation content by curating boilerplate responses, organising materials for easy access, and managing version control and updates
Ensure all documents and designs meet high standards for typographic accuracy, formatting compliance, and brand consistency
Use Qvidian’s reporting features to track usage, gaps, and content effectiveness; Qvidian is RFX response writing, proposal and pitch building software)
Support cross-functional teams (sales, legal, product, marketing) in producing compliant and visually compelling materials
Present and explain design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and driving continuous improvement
Collaborate with compliance teams, corporate communications, marketing, UX/UI designers, and brand managers
Directly support brand perception through polished documentation and visual storytelling
Engage with internal stakeholders (content owners, deal teams) and target client groups
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Certificate/diploma in desktop publishing, graphic arts, or related field; bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related discipline preferred
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Proficiency in Qvidian’s content library, automation templates, and document generation tools
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Ability to interpret editorial, compliance, and stakeholder feedback
Experience in branding, visual storytelling, and template-driven design
Understanding of RFP processes and proposal management best practices
High compliance sensitivity and commitment to brand standards
Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and review cycles, and collaborate with diverse teams
