At Poka, we’re transforming how frontline teams operate, learn, and solve problems.
Our connected worker platform is purpose-built for manufacturing, empowering frontline workers to share knowledge, collaborate in real-time, and drive continuous improvement. Think of it as the missing digital link, bringing the human interface into the stack of the Smart Factory, generating the right data and insights that drive entirely new scales of process improvements.
We’re proud to support global leaders like Nestlé, Bosch, Mars, and Danone in their digital transformation journeys and as part of the IFS family, our reach and impact continue to grow globally.
Shape the narrative of the connected worker movement
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Content Marketing Strategist to elevate Poka’s voice in the market and accelerate our next stage of growth. This role goes beyond writing - you’ll define how we tell our story across formats, channels, and regions, ensuring our content drives measurable business impact.
If you’re excited about building a modern content engine - including a stronger video presence and using data and AI to continuously improve performance, this role is for you.
The role
As Content Marketing Strategist, you’ll own and evolve Poka’s global content strategy across the full buyer journey from awareness to decision. You’ll work closely with the VP Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure our messaging is clear, differentiated, and performance-driven.
You’ll also take the lead in formalizing and accelerating our video strategy, bringing structure, consistency, and measurable impact to this critical channel.
This is a high-visibility role with direct influence on pipeline, brand perception, and market positioning.
What you’ll be doing
- Define and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business priorities, product initiatives, and regional growth goals.
- Build and manage a dynamic editorial calendar mapped to personas and stages of the buyer journey.
- Develop and lead Poka’s video content strategy, including thought leadership, customer stories, product storytelling, and campaign support—ensuring video becomes a scalable, high-impact channel.
- Produce high-value content assets (e.g., whitepapers, guides, case studies, landing pages, blogs, video scripts, infographics) that support demand generation, SEO, and brand awareness.
- Write and edit blogs, web copy, email campaigns, speaking abstracts, and sales enablement materials to support integrated marketing programs.
- Leverage the latest AI-powered tools to enhance content research, creation, optimization, personalization, and performance analysis—while maintaining strong editorial standards and brand integrity.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to translate subject matter expertise into compelling external narratives.
- Build repeatable workflows to maximize the reach and lifecycle of each content asset across web, social, email, paid, PR, and events.
- Partner closely with performance marketing to ensure content supports campaign goals and pipeline contribution.
- Define, track, and report on content KPIs (engagement, SEO performance, conversion, influenced pipeline, etc.), using insights to continuously refine strategy and improve effectiveness.
- Manage internal contributors and external writers, designers, video partners, and agencies to ensure consistent quality and delivery.
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, PR, or corporate communications - ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience developing multi-format content strategies, including video.
- A strong editorial mindset and deep understanding of persona-driven, value-based messaging across the buyer journey.
- Exceptional English writing and editing skills - you can make complex industrial and technical topics clear and compelling.
- Strong analytical skills and experience measuring content effectiveness, tracking KPIs, and translating data into strategic improvements.
- Experience using modern AI tools to enhance productivity, content performance, and distribution strategy.
- A balance of creativity and structure, you can think big, but you also build systems that scale.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving global environment and managing multiple priorities.
- B2B SaaS experience required; manufacturing, industrial tech, or digital transformation experience is a strong plus.
- Bilingual (French) is an asset.
