We’re looking for a Content & Communications Lead to own how our brand shows up externally—from the stories we tell to how those stories are amplified. This role sits at the intersection of content marketing, PR, and social media, and is responsible for producing the content and messaging that drive brand awareness and demand generation for all of Novisto’s external stakeholders.
You’ll be both strategic and hands-on: setting direction while actively creating, distributing, and optimizing content that builds authority and drives measurable business impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Own the content strategy across the full buyer and customer journey, from awareness to conversion to retention
- Create and oversee high-quality content including:
- Blog posts and thought leadership articles
- Case studies and customer stories
- Campaign and video content
- Ensure messaging is aligned with brand and value
- Support Demand Generation, Sales, and Product content needs to ensure consistency and quality across the customer facing teams
Communications, PR & Thought Leadership
- Lead external communications and brand storytelling
- Own PR-related activities including:
- Developing story angles and narratives
- Drafting press releases, bylines, and media pitches
- Supporting product launches and company announcements
- Work with external PR partners to secure earned media and speaking opportunities
- Position executives and subject-matter experts as thought leaders
Social Media & Content Amplification
- Own organic social media strategy and execution (primarily LinkedIn)
- Amplify content across social channels to increase brand awareness and reach as measured through followers and engagement
- Repurpose long-form content into social-first formats
- Ensure a consistent brand voice and tone across all channels
SEO, GEO & Content Discoverability
- Work with internal and external website and growth partners to support and execute the content SEO and GEO strategy, including:
- Keyword research and topic ideation
- On-page optimization and content refreshes
- Creating authoritative, well-structured content optimized for AI-driven discovery
Measurement & Optimization
- Track and report on content and communications performance, including:
- Traffic, engagement, and rankings
- Social reach and PR impact
- Contribution to leads and pipeline
- Maintain editorial calendar and content library for internal stakeholders
- Use insights to continuously improve content quality, distribution, and results
What we’re looking for:
- 8 years of experience in B2B content marketing, communications, or a related role
- Proven experience creating content across the full marketing funnel
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and format by channel and stage of buyer journey
- Experience and demonstrated results managing:
- PR or earned media
- Organic social media
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals
- An AI-first mindset with experience leveraging AI to accelerate creation of quality content
- Experience in B2B SaaS or complex products
- Familiarity with CMS, analytics, and marketing tools
- Experience managing external agencies and freelancers
