Service Credit Union has multiple openings for a Contact Center Representative (CCR) who will provide account-related services to members located throughout the world. The CCR handles all inbound contact with clients, received via phone, chat, e-mail and video channels, related to Member Service inquiries and transactions.
Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour. Flexible based on experience.
Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm rotating every 3rd weekend.
