Overview:

Sentara Health Plans in Virginia Beach is looking to hire a Remote Contact Center Advisor

 This is a remote position: Remote opportunities available in the following states: Virginia, North Carolina, Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington (state), West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming 

The Contact Center Advisor is responsible for responding to all telephonic sales related consumer inquiries, identifying qualified prospects, providing rate quotes and enrolling eligible consumers telephonically. Responsible for upselling and/or cross-selling products, providing guidance on insurance coverage, selling policies, and conducting appropriate follow-up calls.

 

Education:

• High School Diploma

Certification:

• Must obtain L-HIL or L-LIFEHI within 60 days of hire.

Experience:

• 1 year of Sales experience required

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: $17.31/HR – $28.85/HR.  Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities
