To join CLEAResult as a Contact Center Account Manager. As an Account Manager for the contact center you'll be responsible for ensuring the contact center and incentive processing center meet program deliverables by being the voice for the internal client. Day-to-day you will serve as the main point of contact for CLEAResult’s Program Delivery teams and the CC department. You will relay key program updates, provide status updates as needed, ensure reporting is accurate and complete, monitor contractual requirements to ensure compliance, present new innovations, and help develop and drive process improvements. Key markers for success in this role will include your ability to communicate effectively, build trust, and help projects move forward. The more contact center or energy-efficiency experience you have, the better; but it is not a requirement for this position. Demonstrate enthusiasm about working with a team while being largely self-sufficient
