We are looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering Delivery to lead the delivery of critical technology capabilities within our Consumer Technology domain, supporting our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) strategy.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver modern, reliable, and scalable platforms. You’ll lead multi-team delivery, strengthen engineering practices, and help develop future leaders—while remaining close to execution and outcomes.

Lead multiple engineering teams through full-lifecycle delivery: design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Translate business priorities into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
Apply Agile and continuous delivery practices to achieve predictable outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement across quality, reliability, and delivery efficiency.
People, Vendor & Financial Leadership
Coach and develop engineering managers and senior engineers.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and learning.
Manage delivery within budget and partner with vendors to ensure quality and value.

YOU HAVE
7+ years leading delivery for digital commerce, store retail and other customer-facing platforms.
3+ years managing engineering delivery managers.
Experience with Salesforce Commerce / Service Cloud or equivalent platforms.
Exposure to Zeta Marketing Platform or equivalent. Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Point Of Sale (POS) and Retail Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or equivalent.
Familiarity with headless or composable commerce architectures
Strong Agile and DevOps background with global team experience preferred.
