Consumer Technology GCC Delivery Leader

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering Delivery to lead the delivery of critical technology capabilities within our Consumer Technology domain, supporting our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) strategy.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver modern, reliable, and scalable platforms. You’ll lead multi-team delivery, strengthen engineering practices, and help develop future leaders—while remaining close to execution and outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead multiple engineering teams through full-lifecycle delivery: design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

  • Translate business priorities into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.

  • Apply Agile and continuous delivery practices to achieve predictable outcomes.

  • Drive continuous improvement across quality, reliability, and delivery efficiency.

People, Vendor & Financial Leadership

  • Coach and develop engineering managers and senior engineers.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and learning.

  • Manage delivery within budget and partner with vendors to ensure quality and value.

First 6–12 Months:

  • Establish predictable delivery and strong partner relationships.

  • Improve DevOps maturity, observability, and platform stability.

  • Develop engineering leaders through coaching and clear expectations.


12–24 Months:

  • Lead broader platform or domain-level initiatives with increasing autonomy.

  • Influence technology strategy and roadmap decisions.

  • Mentor emerging leaders and take on expanded scope.

  • Expanded scope or progression toward more responsibility.

YOU ARE

  • Problem Solving: Evaluates key business challenges. Develops and provides authoritative advice related to new solutions; directs solution execution.

  • Business Acumen: In-depth understanding of multiple organizational functions, brands and external market conditions to formulate large scale operating strategies

  • Communication & Influence: Contributes to defining how the organizational function or brand will differentiate the company from the competition.

YOU HAVE

  • 7+ years leading delivery for digital commerce, store retail and other customer-facing platforms.

  • 3+ years managing engineering delivery managers.

  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce / Service Cloud or equivalent platforms.

  • Exposure to Zeta Marketing Platform or equivalent.  Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Point Of Sale (POS) and Retail Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or equivalent.

  • Familiarity with headless or composable commerce architectures

  • Strong Agile and DevOps background with global team experience preferred.
