We are looking for a Consumer Solutions Program Manager that applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitate information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations
Responsibilities
Manages and leads a program involving one or more functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a subsystem or component of a product or service offering.
Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.
Understands the technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined program, and utilizes knowledge to accelerate project completion.
Leads the deployment, launch, and continuous improvement of new technologies & process automation developed within the company's worldwide engineering team.
Develops schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, logistics, and other support requirements for assigned program in collaboration with both the company & contract manufacturing teams.
Coordinates activities of supporting project teams and internal and external development partners; tracks progress against established plan and makes decisions to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.
Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to implement changes to product, process, or program plan to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules.
Leads bug tracking resolution and reporting of program risks, status, and options for resolution to executive management.
Leads customer support framework and be a focal point to minimize the post-launch impact more from the pre-emptive options perspectives
Acts as a customer voice liaison for the solutions/ services
Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
Support GTM planning, launch readiness, and post‑launch optimization for media, app, and ad-supported features.
Manage 3rd‑party development vendors and platform partners, ensuring delivery accountability and SLA adherence.
Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to executive stakeholders with clarity and influence
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
5-10 years of work experience, preferably in solution / services development and technical program management, project planning tools and software packages, people management, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

The pay range for this role is $93,400 to $143,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
