Job Summary

The Consumer Marketing Manager – COLOMBIA is responsible for leading and executing end-to-end consumer marketing strategies for the Personal Systems and Print categories within COLOMBIA. This role applies advanced subject matter knowledge to develop high-impact marketing programs, drive customer engagement across the full journey, and support business growth through strategic initiatives and data-driven execution.

As a subject matter expert, the Consumer Marketing Manager contributes to innovation in marketing practices, especially in the digital space, and frequently collaborates with regional and global stakeholders. This position requires both creative and analytical thinking, cross-functional leadership, and strong project and budget management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the consumer marketing strategy for Personal Systems and Print across COLOMBIA, aligned with local business goals and the broader regional strategy.
  • Own the end-to-end customer journey, from awareness to conversion and loyalty, ensuring consistent and impactful brand experiences.
  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, media, PR, social, retail, and experiential activations.
  • Define and manage the COLOMBIA consumer marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and tracking of Marketing metrics.
  • Act as the marketing lead for new product introductions (NPI), managing go-to-market planning and execution in collaboration with sales and category teams.
  • Establish close coordination with LATAM and Worldwide marketing teams to align priorities, share best practices, and report progress.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and performance data to optimize campaigns and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors across advertising, media, digital, and events.
  • Collaborate with PR, channel marketing, trade marketing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of messaging and execution leading the country one plan.
  • Deliver closed-loop post-analysis of marketing programs with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Education and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on consumer marketing.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, analytics, and supporting digital transformation.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments across multiple countries is strongly preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Expertise in consumer marketing principles, tactics, and tools.
  • Proficient in campaign performance analysis and tools like PowerBI, Google Data Studio, etc.
  • Solid understanding of the consumer technology market and customer segmentation.
  • Strong project management and budget ownership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—both written and verbal.
  • High degree of collaboration, influencing, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Strategic and creative thinking with a bias toward execution.

Key Deliverables

  • Annual and quarterly strategic marketing plans for Personal Systems and Print.
  • Launch and execution of NPI campaigns and consumer programs.
  • Execution of media plans and creative assets (online and offline) with agency partners.
  • Campaign performance tracking and optimization.
  • Execution of marketing events and retail activations.
  • Sales and channel enablement materials aligned to marketing priorities.
  • Agency management and regional alignment on all consumer-related marketing efforts.
