Consumer Marketing Assistant

Do you want to work with marketing in an international environment and help strengthen the Nilfisk brand across European markets?

We are looking for a structured and committed Consumer Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns and activities both online and in-store across our European Hubs.

Our main product lines are high-pressure washers and vacuum cleaners sold to consumers predominantly in Europe.

As a Consumer Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts across several European markets. You will work closely with internal teams, retailers, and external partners to ensure that our marketing activities are carried out efficiently and to a high standard.


Key tasks:

  • Review and update dealer listings to ensure accuracy.
  • Support product launches in local markets by handling product listing setup, data management, and ensuring accurate market entry.
  • Monitor, track, and report on retail media activities with dealers.
  • Coordinate translations for marketing assets and campaigns.
  • Review marketing materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Identify and engage with product review outlets across markets, including online and print media.
  • Assist in managing point-of-sale (POS) displays, including inventory setup and overseeing stock levels.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Support trade show activities, both public-facing and dealer events.

Your new team

The consumer marketing function is based as a central function at headquarters in Denmark where the global strategies and campaigns are developed. This is combined with regional marketing hubs which manage the local execution of these strategies.

The role is based in Madrid where the main part of our marketing team is based. The team in Madrid works hybrid meaning that there is the option of working from home a few days a week.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce.
  • Basic understanding of online and in-store marketing activities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Proactive, flexible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
