Position Summary

The Consumer Experience team plays a pivotal role in driving a data-informed approach to product development—enhancing value, accelerating growth, and elevating customer experiences across our Store Brand portfolio. In partnership with product development teams, we ensure that new products and existing assortments consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.

This role is responsible for supporting all facets of the Store Brand Consumer Experience process, including competitive benchmarking, consumer feedback analysis, portfolio reviews, and implementing actionable solutions. Reporting to the Director of Consumer Experience, you will be part of the Business Growth & Intelligence team, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills to fuel Store Brand growth.

Additional Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Collaborate with Product Development and Category Management teams to assess Store Brand product portfolios, delivering data-driven insights to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Manage collaborative external partnerships to garner digital feedback.
  • Coordinate and manage project timelines aligned with Planogram schedules to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  • Oversee consumer and colleague sampling initiatives to generate actionable insights on usability and product experience.
  • Provide ad hoc support to Store Brand and Merchant teams as needed.


Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in product development, quality assurance, retail management, digital/social marketing, or manufacturing.
  • Proven experience building relationships and communicating complex information clearly and concisely across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, maintaining organized records and schedules.
  • Previous experience gathering and synthesizing data to provide actionable insights and support decision making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
