Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify competitive positioning and trends across both banking and wealth management products.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to enhance pricing models and decision-making processes, with a focus on customer segmentation and product differentiation.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions.
  • Weekly reporting of product performance across Consumer and Digital Banking
  • Develop and implement deposit pricing strategies in alignment with the bank’s financial goals and market conditions.
  • Conduct profitability analysis and performance tracking of deposit products to ensure competitive positioning and optimal pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to deposit pricing and product offerings.
  • Prepare and present reports on pricing strategy performance and market conditions to senior management, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with customer segmentation, finance, treasury, and wealth management teams to develop cohesive product offerings across banking and wealth segments.
  • Help drive strategic direction of consumer banking products, ensuring they meet market demand and customer expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for product innovation within the consumer banking and wealth portfolios, including the introduction of new products or enhancements to existing offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail banking, deposit pricing, product management, or financial analysis within the banking or wealth management industry.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey strategic insights to senior management.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to deposit products and wealth management offerings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
