Responsibilities:
Define the strategic product roadmap; balancing customer experience, business needs, and longer term operational requirements
Serve as voice of customer by collecting insights from design research and making product decisions while balancing customer feedback and technical feasibility
Continuously evaluate industry trends, product performance and customer feedback; identifying innovations and opportunities to address needs and improve the product experience and continues to remain relevant and competitive
Achieve consensus from wide range of stakeholders across lines of businesses in order to define, create, and deliver a prioritized backlog of user stories for active and future sprints
Advocate and facilitate robust change management practices across the bank to ensure no detriment to product stability or impact to customers
Manage and coordinate with vendors to define clear deliverables, maintain budget/timelines, and unblock obstacles as well as ongoing management of the overall vendor relationship
Ensure legal, risk, compliance, brand, and accessibility are engrained into the product DNA and get ahead of any non-negotiable deliverables
Lead in a fast-paced, agile environment
Triage production incidents, help identify problems and partner with business and technology teams to ensure timely resolution and minimize impact to users and the business
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years in product ownership, preferably in consumer banking, fintech or wealth management space
Demonstrated ability to build consumer quality products, enable business capability and objectives through technology
Working knowledge of consumer banking, websites, UI/UX, development, and technology architecture
Proven track record in balancing customer outcomes, business needs and technical feasibility and delivery
Certifications or hands on experience with Scrum or other relevant agile project management methodologies
Exceptional organizational skills, with ability to constantly plan-ahead and surface hidden risks as necessary
Ability to work at an abstract level and continuously pivot to arrive at the highest impact answer for the customer
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels of the organization
BBA in business or related field required
