En Marsh, ofrecemos servicios de consultoría y gestión de riesgos, corretaje de seguros y gestión de programas de seguros para diferentes sectores de la economía y, por lo tanto, estamos buscando candidatos para el siguiente puesto ubicado en Chile
Consultor de Compensaciones (Mercer)

- Reuniones con clientes
- Elaborar propuestas comerciales
- Elaborar análisis numéricos
- Presentaciones
- Apoyar en proceso de consultoría
- Seguimiento de datos
¿Qué necesitas tener?
- Profesional Universitario Ingeniería comercial, Ingeniería industrial, Administración de empresas, Ingeniería civil (titulado)
- 2 años de experiencia haciendo roles de compensaciones, Recursos Humanos o HRBP
- Experiencia indispensable en donde haya llevado funciones de análisis numérico o datos
- Excel: Intermedio Avanzado (Tablas dinámicas)
- Inglés Intermedio (Preferentemente)
