What You'll Bring
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Political Science, or related field. Or equivalent experience.
Consulting experience, preferably in a environment and/or public relations firm or similar setting - internships may apply as experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Professional demeanor and keen attention to detail.
Willingness to work in a hybrid setting and travel occasionally (2–4 weeks/year).
Experience with social media platforms and digital engagement.

Preferred:
Spanish fluency.
Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Draft fact sheets, newsletters, meeting summaries, and other communication materials.
Event Coordination: Organize public meetings—manage venues, catering, presentation materials, and logistics.
Media Monitoring & Analysis: Track traditional and social media trends to identify risks and opportunities.
Stakeholder Database Management: Research and maintain accurate records of key stakeholders and prepare reports for clients.
Project Support: Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, proofing, and production of client collateral.
Collaboration: Support other ERM practice areas as needed and ensure compliance with health and safety plans.
For the Consulting Senior Associate, Strategic Communications and Stakeholder Engagement position, the anticipated annual base pay is $61,584–$73,500 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
