Consulting Senior Associate / Consultant – Environmental Impact Assessment (Capital Project Delivery)

Job Summary

ERM is seeking a motivated Consultant to join our Capital Project Delivery (CPD) team. This role involves supporting offshore survey planning, environmental and social impact assessments (EIA/ESIA), and data management for strategic projects. You will work closely with ERM’s global technical communities and gain exposure to large-scale capital projects across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), environmental monitoring and permitting projects throughout Asia Pacific
  • Manage multi-disciplinary projects and work with team members across the business unit

Requirements:

  • Graduate qualification in Environmental Science or Environmental engineering
  • 1 - 4 years of experience in environmental consultancy or environment focused on non-governmental organizations is an advantage
  • Solid knowledge on biodiversity/ environmental assessment as well as nature conservation is essential
  • Excellent report writing skills. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a must. Other language is an advantage
  • Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills and ability to work in a team is essential
