JOB POSITION

  • Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a Manager Process Improvement.
  • Associate will lead strategic transformation initiatives by conducting thorough assessments of business priorities to identify pain points across processes, systems, and controls.
  • They will analyze data to quantify gaps, diagnose root causes, and conceptualize solutions that drive operational efficiency.
  • The role involves designing future-state processes, developing actionable recommendations, and building robust business cases and implementation roadmaps.
  • Close collaboration with stakeholders and leadership is essential to ensure alignment and adoption of proposed initiatives.
  • Additionally, the manager will champion continuous improvement and governance to sustain long-term impact.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Leadership: Lead and support high-impact business transformation programs across the organization, aligning with business objectives and delivering on MBOs/goals for assigned portfolios.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior leaders, initiative owners, and partner ecosystems to influence decision-making and ensure seamless execution.
  • Project Ownership: Drive the full lifecycle of transformation projects—Discover, Design, and Deploy—prioritizing initiatives that deliver maximum business value.
  • Expert Consulting & Methodology: Apply advanced process reengineering, Lean Six Sigma, and Design Thinking principles to conceptualize and implement innovative solutions.
  • Insight Generation: Conduct market research, develop Points of View (PoVs) on emerging trends in the healthcare value chain, and recommend strategies to enhance consumer experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion quality frameworks, risk management, and operational controls while leveraging benchmarking and best practices to sustain improvements.

QUALIFICATION

  • MBA/Masters from a tier 1 business school or Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science from a tier I recognized university or Master Degree in Healthcare Administration/ Statistics/Data Science
  • Healthcare Certifications would be preferred
  • Six Sigma Black Belt would be a preferred qualification.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 8 years work experience – with min 5 years exposure in US healthcare. Top experience/qualifications can be considered in lieu of experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in a consulting/customer facing environment (healthcare exposure would be preferred)
  • Prior experience in consulting firms and internal strategy teams is a plus
  • Experience in assessment and implementation of large transformation projects
  • Expertise in MS Office, Visio, Process Mining skills, Data analysis
