• Conduct workflow analysis, interviews, and data-driven evaluations to define improvement opportunities.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, workflow redesign plans, and enterprise-level program structures.
• Create financial and operational business cases that support customer decision-making and solution formation.
• Oversee consulting-led project planning, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance.
• Ensure alignment with customer expectations and manage cross-functional coordination.
• Supervise analysis activities including operational KPIs, financial models, and workflow data assessments.
• Guide Data Integrators in data collection design and outcome measurement frameworks.
• Lead long-term customer transformation initiatives and governance structures.
• Facilitate executive steering committees and ensure measurable business and clinical improvements.
• Partner with Sales to shape opportunities, improve win probability, and define commercial strategy.
• Align with Solution Director to manage costing, resource planning, and delivery scope control.
• Oversee profitability, margins, and financial performance of consulting-driven programs.
• Translate consulting insights into technical requirements for the Solution Director’s Development and PMO teams.
• Ensure clear scoping, prioritization, and expectation setting for delivery and development teams.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Analysts, and Data Integrators.
• Establish consulting methodologies, quality standards, and knowledge management systems.
• Maintain strong relationships with hospital executive teams, healthcare networks, and GEHC internal leadership.
• Represent Strategic Growth in enterprise-level discussions and program governance.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and internal compliance processes.
• Maintain transparency, repeatability, and quality across all consulting outputs.
