The Position

A healthier future. That’s what drives us.

The People & Organizational Growth (P&OG) Consulting Area of Practice (AoP) is a dedicated team of internal experts focused on driving organizational excellence. The Consulting AoP is grounded in the discipline of Organization Development (OD); a consultative approach to understand and sustainably solve human systems and business performance issues. Our Consultants drive organizational effectiveness by applying interventions — guided by social and behavioural science — to improve Roche’s organizational health.

By blending strategic insight with practical application, this department ensures that the organization remains agile, resilient, and equipped to handle large-scale transformations. We prioritize consistent methodologies and high-impact solutions to foster a culture of continuous improvement across the entire business.

We are seeking a Consulting Content Lead to spearhead the ongoing development and performance of our Change management discipline. In this unique role, you will serve as a primary architect for our Change capabilities, ensuring that our consultants and business partners have the tools and expertise necessary to navigate complex shifts. You will balance high-level strategy with hands-on engagement, acting as both a mentor to our consulting community and a subject matter expert on our most critical enterprise initiatives.

The Opportunity

  • Establish Best Practices: Define and maintain consistent methodologies, tools, and resources for the Change space to be leveraged across Consulting, P&C, and the wider business.

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive capability-building strategy for Change, partnering with the Capability & Practice Lead to ensure an integrated approach.

  • Coaching & Mentorship: Provide ongoing guidance and professional coaching to Consultants to elevate their expertise in the human element of change.

  • Strategic Consulting: Act as a Subject Matter Expert by working directly with the business on high-priority projects and initiatives as an active consultant.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with fellow Content Leads and P&C stakeholders to align Change practices with broader organizational goals.

  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the supporting systems and resources that enable effective Change delivery at scale.

  • Drive Performance: Ensure that the Consulting AoP remains at the forefront of industry trends, delivering impactful results in a highly matrixed environment.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Leader: You possess at least 10 years of consulting or business experience in a large global organization, including a background in industry trends, digital/tech shifts, and formal or informal leadership.

  • Change Specialist: You offer deep expertise in Organizational Development and Change, with a proven track record of leading workstreams and projects that drive tangible business impact.

  • Strategic Collaborator: You excel at networking and system-thinking, with the ability to partner across functions to design solutions and manage senior stakeholders in complex environments.

  • Resilient & Agile: You are comfortable facing ambiguity and challenging the status quo, utilizing your knowledge of agile principles and methodologies to navigate change.

  • Talent Developer: You have a demonstrated passion for people development, with specific experience in coaching consultants and building organizational capability.
