The Role
The role of Consultan, Underwriting & Claims Services, Protection, APAC, is primarily focused on providing expert underwriting guidance, advisory support, and consultative services, with a specific emphasis on supporting our business in India.
Acting as a key liaison between the client and the reinsurer based in Singapore, this role serves as a conduit to facilitate clear communication, alignment, and informed decision-making.
This role sits within the Asia Underwriting & Claims team and is based in India, working closely with regional stakeholders to support underwriting outcomes through expertise and insight rather than direct authority.
This is a full-time position and is well-suited for candidates seeking flexible engagement while contributing meaningfully to our growing India portfolio.
Given the market focus, prior experience or familiarity with the Indian insurance industry is essential. As the role involves working closely with stakeholders in India, Singapore & Europe, the ability to work flexible hours is essential.
While specific working hours will be mutually agreed upon during the onboarding process, the successful candidate must demonstrate a willingness and ability to adjust their availability to meet business needs.
Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
