Senior Consultant

We are seeking a talented Consultant to support a Fortune 500 Technology Client. The ideal candidate should have experience in web analytics, conversion funnel optimization, digital user experience analytics, or A/B or multivariate testing program management.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience working within performance marketing analytics, web analytics, eCommerce or digital marketing. 
• Highly proficient in SQL, Tableau, and Excel with experience in Product Analytics Tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
• Experience in programming languages and stats packages (e.g. Python, R); experience in experiment design, causal inference and CLTV development.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce fundamentals and drivers of Traffic, Conversion and Revenue.
• Foundational understanding of Digital Marketing programs not limited to SEO, PPC, Programmatic Display/Video, Social and Affiliates.   
• Experience in driving end to end measurement programs and campaigns including measuring effectiveness (ex. Marketing Mix Models), ROI and Efficiency.
• Strong fluency in translating complex data into crisp insights, actions and recommendations.
• Ability to influence business decisions and utilizing data at the leadership level.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines.
• Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical leaders and colleagues.
• Cultivates a strong Test and Learn culture within the broader Marketing team within Retail and Apple.   

Mandatory Technical Skills:

Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Python/R, SQL, Tableau, MS Excel

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Advanced Analytics or related field. Master’s Degree preferred .
