The Consultant, Project Management drives end‑to‑end solution design and program execution, translating complex business requirements into scalable, high‑impact deliverables. By operating at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution, the role enables business transformation, strengthens stakeholder confidence, and ensures predictable project outcomes across multi‑disciplinary teams.

What You'll Do

Solutions Design

Leads the development of scalable, industry‑aligned solution design methodologies, engaging senior stakeholders to shape project pipelines, run solution workshops, deliver complex client engagements, and build long‑term consulting and capability roadmaps.

Program & Project Management

Drives end‑to‑end program execution by translating requirements into defined scope, milestones, and deliverables, applying SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and ITIL frameworks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact.

Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Leadership

Provides cross‑functional and multi‑location leadership by aligning internal and external stakeholders, managing remote teams, and evaluating tools and technologies that enable high‑quality delivery and enterprise‑wide transformation.

Change Management & Communication

Ensures successful adoption of solutions through clear, concise communication across technical and non‑technical audiences, proactive change management planning, and transparent reporting of progress, risks, and impacts to senior leadership and partners.

What you bring to the role

  • Minimum of a 4- year degree years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience.
  • Experience supporting Sales Journey or commercial transformation initiatives, contributing to the on‑time delivery of global, cross‑functional programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales-focused workstreams, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across regions and teams.
  • Confidence engaging stakeholders across countries and levels, translating sales strategy and priorities into clear execution plans.
  • Hands-on application of project management practices (Agile, Scrum, SDLC, or ITIL) to drive structure, visibility, and risk management.
  • A strong delivery mindset with attention to detail and follow‑through, ensuring sales transformation milestones translate into measurable business outcomes.
