Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for managing customer projects: from requirements gathering through planning to successful implementation and follow-up support
Leading project meetings, steering committees, and regular coordination with customers to ensure transparent and realistic schedules as well as goal-oriented collaboration
Identifying customer needs and advising on digital transformation initiatives, as well as supporting customers in the implementation of technology-based solutions to enable better decision-making, data analysis, and performance tracking
Conducting analyses of existing customer systems, processes, and workflows to identify optimization potentials and recommend suitable SaaS products
Leading and taking responsibility for the implementation and integration of our SaaS product Wodis Yuneo
Planning and delivering comprehensive technical and professional training, and ensuring successful onboarding of customer teams to guarantee effective use of Wodis Sigma and Wodis Yuneo by their employees
Building long-term and sustainable customer relationships as a trusted partner and providing continuous consulting to maximize the benefits of our SaaS products
Profile:
Completed vocational training or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as real estate management or business administration
Preferably experience as a consultant (m/f/d) with expertise in SaaS products
Solid knowledge of processes in real estate management, for example—but not limited to—property management, financial accounting, rent accounting, operating and heating costs, as well as correspondence
Familiarity with SaaS products commonly used in the real estate industry, such as property management software, CRM systems, financial tools, and analytics platforms
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective solutions
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective stakeholder management, building customer relationships, and conveying technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences
Experience in project management, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, coordinate resources, as well as project controlling and monitoring
Experience with Wodis Sigma or Wodis Yuneo products is an advantage
Very good German and good English language skills
Willingness to travel (approx. 70%–80%)
