What you'll be doing

You'll join a dynamic analytics team that transforms data into actionable insights to help drive CIBC’s business forward. As an Consultant, Measurement Analytics & Transformation, you'll support the design, development, and delivery of dashboards and executive reports, making complex data accessible and meaningful for business stakeholders. You'll monitor sales performance, conduct analyses using both structured and unstructured data, and present findings in a clear, compelling way for diverse audiences. You'll collaborate with partners across the organization to gather information, address business issues, and provide timely reporting support. By proactively resolving data and reporting issues, you'll ensure analytics initiatives align with strategic priorities. You'll also participate in projects aimed at modernizing analytics capabilities and transforming static reports into self-serve dashboards.

How you'll succeed

  • Data analysis & reporting – Assist in designing and delivering dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable business insights.

  • Business consultation – Support business leaders with recommendations and advice that contribute to mandate development and decision-making.

  • Operational support – Provide timely support for analytics initiatives, proactively investigating and resolving data and reporting issues.

  • Cross-functional collaboration – Build strong relationships with stakeholders across strategy, analytics, digital channels, and other internal groups to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Continuous improvement – Participate in initiatives to modernize analytics capabilities and enhance operational effectiveness.

Who you are

  • You have strong technical skills. You’re comfortable working with large datasets and are proficient with analytics tools such as SQL, SAS, Databricks, Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau.

  • You’re analytical and detail-oriented. You have a keen eye for detail, strong critical thinking skills, and can communicate findings effectively.

  • You’re a problem solver. You approach business and technical challenges with curiosity and contribute to practical solutions.

  • You’re collaborative. You build relationships and work effectively within a large, matrixed organization, supporting colleagues across technical and business domains.

  • You have strong organizational skills. You can manage multiple objectives and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
