Job Description & Summary
As a Consultant in our Consulting practice, you will work with clients from various industries, helping to solve business challenges and participate in transformation projects. You will support the team in implementing changes in business processes, organizational structures, technologies, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Client Work & Business Development.
Participate in preparing client proposals and presenting solutions.
Maintain communication with clients regarding task progress and gather feedback.
Project Delivery
Assist in analyzing current business processes and organizational structures.
Support the development of target operating models and transition plans.
Collect and analyze data to prepare recommendations for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvement.
Support project documentation, timelines, and reporting.
Team & Practice Development
Actively learn and develop professional skills.
Share knowledge with colleagues, participate in internal initiatives and events.
Stay informed about current business trends and economic issues affecting clients.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, Consulting, or related fields.
Skills & Experience
Basic experience in projects (internships, academic projects, or initial work experience).
Ability to work in a team, openness to learning and development.
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset.
Communication skills, ability to articulate ideas clearly and work with various stakeholders.
Additional
Proficiency in English and Ukrainian (oral and written).
Basic understanding of modern technologies, ERP/EPM platforms, and data analytics is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
