-Promote CW expertises (D+B, CMG, ESG, etc)

- Develop a portfolio of key-accounts (both Landlord & occupiers)

- Build value-added proposals to key-occupiers in order to get exclusive Tenant-Rep missions

- Get Landlord-rep missions in Greater Paris' strategic areas (Paris, La Défense, Western Crescent, Southern suburbs, etc)

- Innovative mindset & Data-led approach
