About the Role:
We are looking for a Workplace Strategy Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help organizations transform their workplaces to support business goals, enhance employee experience, and optimize space utilization. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, analyze data, and develop strategies that align with their vision for the future of work. This pivotal role is focused on synthesizing complex information to generate clear, strategic recommendations for our clients' real estate decisions. Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Client – facing: partner with clients to define workplace objectives and develop tailored strategies.
- Insight Generation: Go beyond raw data. Synthesize information from various sources (surveys, utilization studies, market trends) to identify key strategic insights and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Strategic Storytelling: Collaborate with the team to develop compelling strategic narratives and presentations that clearly articulate the 'Why' and 'How' behind our recommendations to C-level stakeholders.
- Research & Benchmarking: Conduct in-depth research on market benchmarks, and best practices in hybrid work to ensure our advice is cutting-edge and evidence-based.
- Performance Support: Assist in building models to forecast potential business value and measure the success of implemented strategies (focusing on the impact of space on performance).
- Collaborate with design, change management, and project teams to ensure successful implementation.
The Ideal Candidate (Requirements):
- Experience: at least 6 months of professional experience or internships in Research, Strategy Consulting, Business Analysis, or Management Consulting, Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or related field.
- Education: Strategy Consulting, Business Analysis, Sociology, Psychology, Research Methodology, Geography, Urban Planning, UX Researcher/Strategist, Environmental Psychology, Architecture, or other relevant field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with workplace analytics tools is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent Polish and English.
