We are seeking a Consultant Environmental Scientist to join our growing Contaminated Land and Water team out of our Brisbane office. Have the opportunity to work alongside more than 45 land and water professionals across Australia who are acitively invested in mentoring, collaboration and your long-term career development. 

This role will be responsible for a full range of activities including: 

 

  • Planning and delivering field investigations across a variety of sites – including soil, groundwater, and surface water assessments 
  • Preparing clear and high-quality reports 
  • Acting as the representative/client contact on site for Onterris 
  • Attending business development meetings 
  • Supporting project managers and ensuring open and clear communications when in the field 

 

Your Expertise and Skills 

These requirements reflect the knowledge, skills and abilities that help you do your best work here. 

  • 1-3 years consulting experience in contaminated land 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management or related disciplines 
  • Solid understanding of QLD and national environmental frameworks 
  • Confidence in the field and an eye for detail and technical excellence
