Job Description Summary:

The vision of Enterprise Services is to deliver services that are simpler, better, and faster. This role is member of the Enterprise Services (“ES”) Strategy & Operations team, focused on execution, coordination, and continuous improvement. The Consultant of Business Operations is responsible for implementing and continuously improving products across ES in close partnership with the Digital Organization.

The Consultant maintains an end-to-end operational perspective across ES initiatives, including supporting documentation, use cases, performance metrics, adoption insights, risks, compliance considerations, costs tracking, and value realization. The Consultant will work collaboratively with business and technology partners and support delivery of products aligned with enterprise priorities. The role is primarily execution-focused and supports outcomes across two areas as follows:

  • 20% – Support product planning, prioritization, and implementation activities through coordination, analysis, and facilitation

  • 80% – Execute and support the implementation of products and solutions aligned to the highest priorities of the Company

Key Responsibilities:

Support product planning and Implementation:

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a playbook outlining key requirements and best practices for implementing products in TCCC environment, and support efforts to streamline and reduce delivery timelines.

  • Support enterprise product planning cycles by gathering inputs, performing analysis, and coordinating across business and technology stakeholders to inform an integrated roadmap.

  • Provide analytical support for portfolio prioritization by assessing initiatives against defined criteria such as strategic alignment, value potential, risk, complexity, and resource requirements; surface insights to inform leadership decision-making.

Track execution progress, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes; identifying risks, issues, and decision points and escalate appropriately to project and business owners.

Support Implementation of high priority products and solutions:

  • Assist in translating enterprise and functional strategies into well-defined product requirements and scalable solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Partner with business, technology, and product leaders to identify emerging needs and support rapid deployment of solutions that address critical business challenges and opportunities.

  • Support delivery of products on compressed timelines by contributing to clear problem definition, documentation of success metrics, and coordination of execution accountability.

  • Monitor solution performance and gather user feedback to inform recommendations for enhancements, optimization opportunities, and next-generation capability development.

Education Requirements:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent advanced degree

  • Preferred: Master’s degree preferred.  Additional certifications or coursework in AI, machine learning, product management, or technology management.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • At least 1 -3 years of relevant experience in   business operations, technology operations, digital transformation, program management, or analytics environments.

  • Experience supporting technology, digital, or emerging technology teams to operationalize complex solutions.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex or technical information into clear business insights.

  • Proficiency with analytics, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools), with the ability to tailor outputs for executive and operational audiences.

  • Ability to work independently in an agile, fast-paced environment, supporting iterative delivery while balancing competing enterprise priorities.

  • Experience collaborating with global, cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization is preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing concise materials to support decision making.

  • Ability to understand enterprise strategy and context while contributing detailed operational, technical, and economic analysis.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and synthesizing inputs across people, process, data, and technology.

  • Strong collaborative mindset.

Pay Range:

United States of America: $96,500 - $115,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:

7.5
