Roles and Duties

  • Platform & Access Management: Sets standards/policies; does not perform day‑to‑day configuration or troubleshooting (Verint DPA, ProHance, Skan AI, GRID).

  • Data Operations (ETL/ELT): Defines data requirements and quality standards; validates approach; reviews outputs.

  • Dashboarding & Reporting: Defines KPI frameworks, executive storytelling layouts, and visualization standards.

  • Strategy & Roadmapping: Establish analytics vision, priorities, and success criteria; align initiatives to CPI goals and enterprise strategies.

  • Advanced Analytics & Design: Frame hypotheses; select methods; design experiments; build models; ensure validity/interpretability; define measurement plans. Leads predictive, statistical, and scenario analyses; hypothesis framing and model design.

  • Governance & Compliance: Owns governance standards and measurement frameworks; ensures compliance.

  • Insight Synthesis & Narrative: Convert complex outputs into clear, decision-ready insights; connect analytics to operational levers and financial outcomes.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops; influence senior leaders; build consensus; manage expectations; secure buy-in for process changes.

  • Standards & Governance: Set analytic standards, documentation norms, KPI definitions, and data stewardship practices; ensure compliance and ethical use.

  • Delivery Leadership: Scope analytics work; define requirements; prioritize backlogs; coordinate cross-functional execution; manage risks/dependencies.

  • Enablement & Mentorship: Coach P2 analysts; review outputs for quality and clarity; standardize reusable templates and storytelling patterns.

  • Value Realization: Quantify benefits; track adoption; measure impact; support change management and continuous improvement.
