What will you do?

Consultant, Automation with proven experience in developing automation tools and intelligent systems, particularly within an engineering and design context.
The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong background in software development, with proficiency in languages such as Python, Visual Basic, C#, or JavaScript.
• Demonstrated experience in AI and machine learning, including the development of intelligent assistants, predictive models, or data-driven automation.
• Familiarity with engineering documentation and design workflows, and the ability to translate these into scalable digital solutions.
• Proficiency in engineering software, including Autodesk platforms (Revit, Civil3D, AutoCAD) and general automation tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
• The ability to work independently on complex automation challenges and contribute to broader digital transformation initiatives across the APAC region.
• A high level of English language proficiency, suitable for working in an international company.

As a key member of our Vietnam-based automation team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative tools that support both project-specific engineering applications and enterprise-wide automation goals. Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and data integration is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality, user-centric automation and AI-driven tools and web apps to support engineering and design workflows across the APAC region.
• Collaborate with engineering delivery teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Learn, maintain and enhance existing automation tools, ensuring they align with evolving business needs.
• Document software solutions and create user guides and tutorials to ensure effective use of developed tools.
• Communicate effectively with delivery team members, presenting technical concepts in an accessible manner.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Tertiary education in Engineering or Computer Science, or an equivalent course in advanced programming.
• 3+ years of experience in a programming language
• High level of English (both speaking and writing), including presentation skills.
• Experience working with engineering design and documentation software.
• Experience in software development best practices, including version control (Git), code reviews, and testing.

Desirable Qualifications and Skills:

• Familiarity with Autodesk software and APIs, including Revit, Dynamo, Civil3D and AutoCAD.
• Experience in web development and deployment.
• Familiarity with design engineering and Building Information Management (BIM) principles (ISO 19650)
• Familiarity with other engineering design software, including MicroStation, Grasshopper, 12D Model, etc.
