Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong
The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

• Partner with FCC streams including transaction monitoring and fraud investigation to identity process inefficiencies and propose optimization initiatives.
• Review and enhance transaction monitoring frameworks, including case management workflows.
• Design and implement robust MI reports or dashboards to provide senior management with clear, actionable insights into FCC performance, risks, and trends.
• Provide advice on AML operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to FCC staff on enhanced processes, controls, and governance practice.
Requirements:
University graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology or related professional qualification
Minimum 10 years’ solid experience in project management, preferably gained from financial related sectors
Prior experience in project management, financial business integration project is a definite advantage
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
