Job Description Summary:
This position provides support within the OhioHealth Learning, Culture, and Belonging (LCB) department and the organization through training and education of patient care associates. He/she is also responsible for managing resources and seeking opportunities for program development, improvement, and cost savings. He/she may also serve as the subject matter expert for various project teams that require the skills of this role.Responsibilities And Duties:
Serves as an education and development resource for OhioHealth clinical business units. Acts as liaison to match needs of clinical staff with resources from Learning, Culture, and Belonging (LCB). Facilitates centralized orientation programs. Ensures standardization of education including but not limited to orientation, annual competency assessment, regulatory requirements, and associate development. Assists in the design of education based on educational standards, evidenced based practice, and OhioHealth policy.Minimum Qualifications:

Patient care delivery skills. Strong communication skills. Ability to assess a target audience and determine appropriate styles of communication which will be effective. Knowledge in the areas of conflict resolution and customer satisfaction. Software knowledge, e.g. MS Office.
